There is no other skier in the world quite like Daron Rahlves. A World Cup and Olympic ski racing champion, he stood on 28 World Cup podiums (including 12 wins) over the course of his career and in 2003, he became the first American since 1959 to win the Hahnenkamm, a legendary downhill race in Kitzbühel, Austria. After retiring from the U.S. Ski Team in 2006, he hardly hung up his boards.
