You can’t ask us to choose a favorite item from our winter line. But the reviewers certainly have a preference.
You can’t ask us to name our favorite pieces in our new women’s winter collection. That’s like asking a mother to name her favorite child (she may have one, but she’ll never tell you.) We love everything equally (wink, wink). That said, there are always a number of media darlings in the lineup: those perennially favorited pieces that hog all the reviews and get all the press.
This year, that’s looking like the women’s Moxie Bib, which is just one of many women’s bibs for winter that we offer. (Need help figuring out which bib is right for you? Check out our Bib Finder.) But the testers and reviewers seem to adore this one in particular. The Moxie was recently named part of the best women’s ski outerwear of 2022 in Ski Magazine.
“Some women’s bibs have a more contoured silhouette, but the Moxie goes the other direction,” wrote Ski Magazine. “It’s not baggy, but rather rocks a straight cut from top to bottom, best suited to female rippers who are not into the skinny-pant trend. The Moxie is made from a three-layer stretch fabric and features generous chest and thigh pockets, reinforced knees and butt for added durability, and a drop seat for when nature calls.”
Another well-loved and well-reviewed item? The Calypso Jacket, the coziest, most versatile midlayer and called one of the best midlayers of the year by Ski.
“We love puffers with hoods, but double—sometimes triple—hooding on your ski kit can be bulky and downright uncomfortable,” writes Ski. “Which is why we dig the sleek and slim Flylow Calypso. This synthetic insulator—packed with 60-gram PrimaLoft Eco recycled insulation—sports a nice high, tricot-lined collar sans hood, plus a feminine silhouette that looks great on the way to après. Being synthetically insulated, it won’t get wetted out after a little exertion and dries fast in damp weather.”
