Need to Exchange Or Return Your Flylow Gear?
You can start the return process by clicking the button below. You will need your order number and shipping zip code. (Hint: Your order number is the number listed as “PO Number” on your slip or the number provided to you in your confirmation email.)
Returns and exchanges MUST be initiated with the link below. If they are not initiated through the link, our warehouse will have no record of the return and cannot process it- you will NOT be refunded.
What Is Flylow’s Return Policy?
We wish you loved what you picked out, but we get it if it’s just not right! Flylow allows returns on items within 30 days of your purchase date. We ask that you return items with the tags on, unworn and unwashed. If it’s been to Après, we can’t take it back. Please do our warehouse staff a favor and try to fold and zip your gear back up, this helps us expedite your return!

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived incorrectly or damaged (see below).
We are only able to refund the original form of payment from your order.

How Can I Exchange my Flylow Gear?
Get it wrong the first time but want to try again? Just go through our exchange & returns portal where you’ll be prompted to select your new option. We hope you love it the second time around!
My Friends are Rad and Gave me a Gift, But Got it Wrong, What Now?
Wow! Cool friends! You can enter your order number, zip code of where the gift was shipped and the person the order was shipped to. You can find all that juicy information on your pack slip. (Hint: Your order number is the number listed as “PO Number” on your slip). If you don’t have that info, we’ve got you covered, just shoot us an email at email@example.com and we will gladly help you track down your information!
If size or color was the issue our return service will issue an instant credit which can be used to “purchase” your new item right away!
If your buds didn’t just get your size wrong and you want to think on what to get, we can issue store credit to be used on our website. That credit won’t expire so mull it over until you know what will make you feel good on the hill.
I am Waiting on My Refund, When Will I See It?
Please allow 7-10 business days for our team to process your return. This allows us to inspect your gear and make sure everything is solid with your return. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been refunded, and then it is in your bank’s hands. Typically, they get your money back to your account in a couple of days. Please note we can only refund the original form of payment.
My Item Arrived Incorrect or Damaged, Help!
First, as folks who care a lot about their outdoor gear, we totally understand why you’re bummed. Whether your package got run over by your neighbor, or we mistakenly sent you the wrong item, we are happy to help.
