Axel and I are a year and a half apart, and we've been ski buddies ever since I was two. We both currently study at the University of British Columbia and we're taking our winter semester off and spending most of our time in Whistler. We've always had a brotherly rivalry in and outside of skiing, which has helped us push each other. In terms of who is the better, he ll always think he s better, but I know that s not true. Regardless, I think what makes the two of us work so well together is the fact that we think alike, and therefore it requires very little communication to get the angles and shots we want. Being a team of two also helps by making thing efficient. Neither of us are ever waiting needlessly for the other every shot in this edit was done first try, so there was very little frustration over either one of us crashing or over-exposing the shot.
We started Los Amigos late last season, and although this first edit featured only Axel and me, future edits will showcase a much broader spectrum of riders, from park to backcountry. Dylan Runner
