The versatile Avery Jacket is your best companion on a cold day. It’s made with tough Specter two-layer hardshell fabric on the exterior for all-day storm skiing and a substantial lining of toasty Greenloft recycled insulation on the interior for ample warmth. Add a helmet-compatible hood, underarm vents, a waterproof exterior, and a removable powder skirt and you’ll be ready for any conditions the mountain throws your way.

The Avery Jacket Features
Lux 2L
Some skiers we know who set the steepest skintracks in Tahoe told us they were tired of super light puffy coats that they’d toss on at the top of a climb only to realize the coat gets soaked with water and rips easily. Not cool. Lux 2-layer, 40-Denier fabric is Intuitive’s most durable 2-layer material, an ultra-tough blend of polyester and spandex. It has stretch, resilience, and a 20k/30k membrane that is, yes, absolutely waterproof.
PFC-Free
PFCs, or perfluorocarbons, are found in chemicals often used in Durable Water Repellent (or DWR), and once released into the environment, those chemicals are no good. Instead of harmful PFCs, we’re using a friendlier, bio-based treatment that will still keep your fabric dry in a storm but is kinder to you and our planet.
