Sally Francklyn lived for skiing. She grew up ripping the mountains of Colorado and later joined the Copper Mountain Ski Patrol to give back to the community she called family. In 2012, she suffered a life altering, traumatic brain injury after falling over a 1,000 ft down a couloir in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Luckily she was wearing a helmet or she likely wouldn’t be here today to tell the story of her remarkable recovery and road to independence. Through hard work, perseverance and pure grit, Sally is once again embracing the adventure of life.
