Say hello to your new favorite shorts. You’ll wear the Patsy Short, made with a soft cotton chino fabric, all summer long. They’ve got the fit and style of a vintage beach boardwalk short but the durability and functionality of a short you can cruiser bike to town or hike 14ers in. We first made this short years ago, but it’s now back by popular demand in a new and updated form.

Regular Fit: A traditionally cut fit that sits comfortably and true to size. Not too baggy; not too tight. Right down the middle. This standard fit allows for plenty of maneuverability in a classic, everyday shape for daily life and active missions.
- We now offer these shorts in numeric sizing for more options and a more precise fit. Past season reviews were based on traditional alpha sizing. Feedback from friends, family, and customers is that the new sizing is very true to the size chart. One tester who was between a 6 and 8 said the 6 fit slim but still comfortable, and the 8 gave more relaxed fit. If you find yourself between sizes, you can feel comfortable knowing each size will fit based on how trim or relaxed you want the short to be.

The Patsy Short Features
Like sunscreen, not all garments are created equal when it comes to sun protection. Some fabrics still let the sun in and don’t completely block those harmful rays. This product is equipped with a maximum 50+ UPF technology to protect your skin from the sun’s powerful rays. That means this garment will keep out over 98 percent of those UVAs and UVBs. You can now soak up the sun on the trail or water and come home with summer memories instead of a sunburn.
