Agostina Vietti grew up in San Martín de los Andes, a small town in Patagonia, Argentina, where her parents made a huge effort to enroll her and her three older brothers in Ski Club. She competed in alpine ski racing until age 15, traveling across Argentina, from Las Leñas, Mendoza to Ushuaia, at the end of the world.
After stepping away from racing gates, Agostina transitioned into big mountain skiing and quickly fell in love with the freedom and challenge of the sport. In 2023, she returned to competition with a standout season and set her goal on becoming the first South American woman to qualify for the Freeride World Tour. While coaching at Vail Ski Club, she continued to compete, achieving that goal in 2025. When she’s not skiing, she enjoys baking and spending time with family and friends.
