Grace Cier grew up in Utah a competitive freestyle mogul skier. These days, she’s an enduro mountain bike racer and an artist and middle and high school arts teacher in Park City, Utah. “Growing up and continuing to live in the Wasatch has always inspired me. These mountains are my canvas—both figuratively and literally,” Cier says. “As an artist, I try to convey their beauty and power through my work. As an athlete, I am drawn to the challenges and pure joy found in skiing, mountain biking, and just being in them. As an art teacher, I continually badger my students to express themselves through the lens of nature. I know I am my best self when reveling in the great outdoors."
